Join us for a free trial of Aikido! Aikido is a Japanese martial art and a form of practical non-violence. It is performed by blending with the motion of the attacker and redirecting the force of the attack, rather than opposing it head-on. Aikido requires very little physical strength. The techniques are completed with various throws or joint locks. *For ages 18 years and older of all skill levels.
